Rates
The Summer rental period runs from the 1st June until the 30th August. We can supply 1, 3 or 5 bedroom Apartments. We can also supply accommodation on a room only basis. Please email erictreacy@vodafone.ie if you reqiure a group rate.
Room Types.
We have 10 Apartments with a total of 35 bedrooms.
All accommodation has been acoustically insulated and includes 250 mm of mass concrete in between floors to provide a quieter living area.
We offer the opportunity for friends to share an apartment, or a bedroom as we have two Large 1 Bedroom Apartments and several 3 and 5 bedroom apartments. We can also offer accommodation on a per room per week basis in a shared apartment.
Summer Period
These prices apply to the period 1st June to the 31st August only.
Single Bed Private Room. Standard size. 100 Euro / week
Double Bed Private Room. Superior size. 115 Euro / week
En-Suite Double Bed Private Room. Standard size.
These rooms are for single occupancy only.125 Euro / week
En-Suite Twin Double Room. Superior size. 150 Euro / week
1 Bedroom Apartment. Superior size. 1 x double bed. 180 Euro / week
1 Bedroom Apartment Deluxe. Size 2 x double beds.
These are suitable for couples.200 Euro / week
All of the prices quoted above are for a letting period of longer than 3 months.
Please contact us for the available rates if you require a shorter letting period.
Fixed Cost Utilities
We provide a fixed cost utility pack which saves you the need to enter into a contract and providing deposits to the various utility companies. This costs 12 Euro per week for the single occupancy rooms and 24 Euro per week for the larger rooms suitable for couples. This includes unlimited Light, Heat, Power, WiFi. Refuse Collection, Sky TV and all Taxes. Bed linen and towels are only provided with all lettings of less than 4 weeks only.

Arrivals
Keys must be collected between 8am and 12am Monday to Friday , unless by prior arrangement.
Departures
Between Monday and Friday , unless by arrangement.48 hours notice must be given prior to departure. Keys must be returned before 12am on the morning of departure. If you are leaving before 8am please make special arrangements with the managment.
