Room Types.
We have 10 Apartments with a total of 35 bedrooms.
All accommodation has been acoustically insulated and includes 250 mm of mass concrete in between floors to provide a quieter living area.
We offer the opportunity for friends to share an apartment, or a bedroom as we have two Large 1 Bedroom Apartments and several 3 and 5 bedroom apartments. We can also offer accommodation on a per room per week basis in a shared apartment.
Summer Period
These prices apply to the period 1st June to the 31st August only.
Type 1 - Single Bed Private Room 105 Euro / week
Type 2 - Double Bed Standard Private Room 110 Euro / week
Type 3 - Double Bed Superior Private Room 115 Euro / week
Type 4 - Double Bed Private Room (Ensuite) 120 Euro / week
All of the prices quoted above are for a letting period of 3 months.
Please contact us for the available rates if you require a shorter letting period.
Fixed Cost Utilities
We provide a fixed cost utility pack which saves you the need to enter into a contract and providing deposits to the various utility companies. This costs 15 Euro per person, per week. This includes unlimited Light, Heat, Power, WiFi. Refuse Collection, Sky TV and all Taxes.
